Not like regular cloud solutions such as skyboxes or HDRIs, volumetric clouds have 3 dimensions that can cover and obscure objects in the level such as mountain. Environment artist Harry ‘deBug’ Emelianov has released an experimental volumetric clouds shader for Unreal Engine 4.

For a better results and optimization purposes I used Houdini to generate a bunch of static 3D noises to use them in engine. This Unreal asset is requiring Unreal Engine 4 version 20.3+.
